How selenra.com handles the small amount of information it receives. No ads, no tracking cookies, no data sales.

This policy covers selenra.com, the company website of Selenra LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Selenra", "we", "us"). Selenra LLC is responsible for the personal information described here. Each Selenra app will publish its own privacy policy before launch, describing exactly what that app does with your data.

We've tried to write this the way we'd want to read it: plainly, and briefly.

The short version

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever.
We only collect what you choose to send us: a message through the contact form, or an email address to hear about launches.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use them only to read and reply to you. Messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider.

Launch notifications. If you leave your email on a product page, we store it with our email-list provider so we can tell you when early access opens. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, or ask us to delete your address at any time.

Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic — for example, which pages are read most. These tools do not set cookies, do not build profiles, and do not identify individual visitors.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This data is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy commitments and is not used by us to identify visitors.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site: Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery, and an email-list provider for launch notifications. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here.

Where information is processed

Selenra LLC is registered in the United States and operates from China, and our service providers run infrastructure in many countries. Information you send us may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as our providers' standard contractual commitments — for these transfers.

How long we keep information

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then deleted. Launch-notification addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how it's used. Whatever the law requires, we're happy to do any of these on request — email privacy@selenra.com.
